A go-kart is a four-wheel drive that lacks suspension system and differential unit due to the very low ground clearance usually employed for Formula E or 1 racing. Due absence of system, chassis should be rigid strong enough withstand impact loads, as well other support equipment. The present research focused on design, material selection, structural vibrational analysis chassis. For this, designed with suitable dimensions materials. In modelled by using CATIA V5 software performed static Finite Element Analysis (FEA) ANSYS software. was Circular pipes diameter about 26.4 mm 4 pipe thickness made AISI 1018, 1026, 4130, steel were chosen their superior mechanical properties perform finite element find total deflection, equivalent stress, factor safety first six mode shapes configuration.
